I am a counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist located in Aurora-Newmarket, Ontario, specializing in therapy with individuals and couples.

As a warm, genuine, and collaborative therapist, I actively participate in my client’s healing journey, to foster greater insight and self-awareness into life’s challenges. I aim to empower my clients to identify personal strengths and cope with their concerns more independently and effectively.

My services are supportive of diversity, including cultural, religious, racial, gender, and sexuality. I utilize a humanistic and integrative approach, in tailoring treatment to the unique needs and values of my clients. I primarily draw upon the following models: Psychodynamic (Relational and Existential); Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment (ACT); and Emotion-Focused (EFT).
